DETACHABLE PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER
Plate heat exchangers with gaskets are used to transfer thermal energy from one fluid to another, both flowing independently, and without mixing flows. The heat exchanger plates are manufactured in stainless steel AISI 316 L or titanium (under request), placed one above the other as to allow the formation of a series of channels for fluids to flow between them. Plated provided with EPDM-PRX gaskets , which prevent fluid leakage avoiding mixing liquids.. Gaskets and connections are made of materials compatible with working temperatures for which the heat exchanger is intended, also type of fluids. The hydraulic closure is achieved by subjecting the plate heat exchanger to an effort of compression through bolts and hex nuts installed on the frame.
Working Pressure: | 10 bar (16 bar under request). |
Max. Working Temp.: | 140ºC (maximum working temperature for titanium heat exchangers is 80ºC). |
Connections: | Conections in AISI 314 stainless steel (moplen for titanium heat exchangers) , male thread. |
